Service request:
- The client completes the contact form or request
- Rankuba SEO analyzes the feasibility and prepares proposal
- The client reviews and accepts the proposal
- The contract is formalized and the down payment is established

- Detailed proposal of services

RANKUBA SEO OBLIGATIONS:
- Provide services with due diligence

Fees and billing
PRICE STRUCTURE:
- Agency Services: Monthly prices according to contracted plan
- Training: Prices per course or membership
- Collaborations: According to level and type of collaboration
- Marketplace: Prices set by creators
Billing:
- Advance monthly billing for recurring services
- Single invoice for specific projects
- VAT applicable according to current legislation
Payment Policy
Payment methods accepted:
- Wire transfer
- Credit/Debit Cards

delinquency policy:
- Reminder at 5 days expiration
- Suspension of service at 15 days
- Reactivation after payment of outstanding installments
Warranties and Limitations
Services Warranty:
- Free review of deliverables within 15 days
- Correction of errors within the agreed period

Limitations:
- We do not guarantee specific positioning in search engines
- Results may vary by market and competition
- We are not responsible for changes in platform algorithms
Intellectual property
CUSTOMER RIGHTS:

- Ownership of own methodologies and processes
- Right to show works in portfolio (except confidentiality)
- Ownership of internally developed tools and software

Modification of services
Rankuba SEO reserves the right to:
- Modify rates with 30 days notice
- Update services and features

Conflict resolution

Arbitration and jurisdiction:
